Sparta MMA is a fully licensed fight management company. We have a 4000 sq ft training facility equipped with weights, bag rack with heavy bags and 2000 sq ft of mat space. Our passion for improving physical fitness, mental discipline, and spiritual strength is apparent in every class we offer. We take pride in not only being a team but treating each other like family.
